The Responsibility
As Team Assistant, your responsibilities will be to:
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, including agendas, materials, catering, and all meeting logistics;
- Manage global visitor schedules and support coordination across international offices;
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events;
- Maintain and manage managers’ and team calendars, ensuring alignment across global and local schedules;
- Coordinate meetings with global offices, including travel agendas, materials, and video/audio conferencing setup;
- Arrange travel and accommodation in line with company travel policies, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and itineraries;
- Process expense reports and reimbursements via Concur, reconcile credit card statements, and track expenses against budgets; and
- Provide administrative support including CRM data entry, invoicing and budget tracking, document formatting, and general filing and organisation.

- Highly organised with strong time management skills and exceptional attention to detail;
- Strong MS Office skills and strong overall technical proficiency;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
- Results-driven, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a sense of urgency;
- A strong team player who proactively supports others when needed
